RESTORE BASEは横浜・本牧のトレーニングクラブとして、レースに必要な器具をそろえ、初心者から競技者まで一緒にトレーニングできる場所をつくっています。As the Training Club in Honmoku, Yokohama, we have the equipment you need for the race and a place where beginners and competitors train side by side.

大会ごとに、HYROXからトレーニングクラブ向けの先行販売コードが発行されます。対象プランの会員さまに、RESTORE BASEからお届けします。For each race, HYROX issues a presale code to Training Clubs. We pass it on to members on eligible plans.

先行販売が決まると、対象プランの会員さまに一斉メールでお知らせします。When a presale is announced, we email all eligible members.

先行販売の前日に、申し込んだ方へコードを一斉メールでお送りします。The day before the presale, we email the code to everyone who applied.

先行販売の開始時刻に、HYROX公式サイトでコードを入力してチケットを購入します。When the presale opens, enter the code on the official HYROX site and buy your ticket.

BASE会員（単体）・学生会員・RESTOREクラス受け放題併用会員・ビジターの方は、先行アクセスの対象外です。HYROX会員へのプラン変更は、スタッフにお声がけください。BASE-only, student, unlimited-class and visitor plans are not eligible. Ask our staff about switching to the HYROX plan.

先行アクセスがあれば、必ずチケットを買えますか？Does early access guarantee a ticket?
いいえ。一般販売より先に購入できる仕組みですが、席数には限りがあり、大会やカテゴリーによっては先行販売の時点で売り切れることがあります。No. You can buy before general sale, but places are limited and some races may sell out during the presale.
コードはいつ届きますか？When will I get the code?
HYROXから届いたコードを、先行販売の前日に、フォームで申し込んだ方へ一斉メールでお送りします。先行販売の開始日時は、ご案内メールでお知らせします。We email the code to everyone who applied the day before the presale. The presale start time is in our announcement email.
BASE会員でも対象になりますか？Are BASE members eligible?
BASE会員（単体）は対象外です。BASE会員の方は月額＋4,000円でHYROX会員に変更でき、先行アクセスの対象になります。プラン変更はスタッフにご相談ください。BASE-only members are not eligible, but you can add the HYROX plan for 4,000 yen a month. Ask our staff.
会員でなくてもHYROXの練習はできますか？Can non-members train for HYROX here?
はい。HYROXクラスにはビジター料金（1回4,400円）で参加でき、ドロップイン（1回2,200円）で器具を使った練習もできます。先行アクセスは会員さま限定です。Yes. Join a HYROX class as a visitor (4,400 yen) or train with a drop-in (2,200 yen). Early ticket access is for members only.
HYROXが初めてでも大丈夫ですか？I have never done HYROX. Is that OK?
もちろんです。月・木の基礎クラスは、未経験の方やレースに出たことがない方向けです。まずはFree trialで、器具を試してみてください。Of course. Our Monday and Thursday Fundamentals classes are made for first-timers. Start with a free trial.
