7. Other Required Fees

• Enrollment fee: ¥11,000 (¥5,500 for RESTORE Combined and Unlimited Class Combined Memberships)
• Security card issuance fee: ¥3,300
• HYROX Members purchase a RESTORE BASE TEAM T-shirt (¥3,800) in place of the enrollment fee.
• Optional add-ons: hydrogen water server ¥1,100 / month; private locker ¥1,100 / month

9. Payment Timing / Billing Date

At sign-up, you pay the enrollment fee, security card issuance fee, the current month's fee (prorated) and the following month's fee. After that, the following month's fee is charged on the 20th of each month.

* For members who joined through the previous payment system (Stripe), up to mid-March 2026, the billing date each month is the same day of the month as the joining date.

10. Start of Service

After sign-up, a security card (ALSOK) is lent to you and you can use the gym from that day.

11. Cancellation

If you visit during staff hours (10:00–19:00) and fill in the cancellation form by the 10th of the month, your membership ends on the last day of that month. If the form is submitted on or after the 11th, it ends on the last day of the following month.

* Members who joined through the previous payment system (Stripe), up to mid-March 2026, must complete the procedure at the gym by the same day of the month as their joining date; membership then ends on the last day of that contract period.

* Cancellation cannot be made by phone or email.

12. Refund Policy

As a rule, enrollment fees, monthly fees and other payments are non-refundable (no prorated refunds).

13. Early Cancellation

After the cancellation procedure, you can use the gym until your membership end date. There is no minimum term for regular memberships.

Memberships started under a campaign have a minimum membership period. If you cancel within that period, a fee equal to 2 months of your plan's monthly fee applies. Conditions are stated on each campaign page.

14. Optional Services

Optional services such as personal training, body counseling and care services are charged separately from the monthly fee.
